Returns & Exchanges
No-Return Policy
- If the return request has been made within 48 hours after the order is delivered,
- If the product received is damaged or defective, then only we would be able to process your request
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, size charts, descriptions, and images before placing an order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, as outlined below:
- If the product received is damaged or defective, and a replacement or exchange is not feasible
- If the ordered product is unavailable after the order has been confirmed
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3–7 business days, subject to the bank's processing timelines.
Made-to-Order & Special Sizes
- Made-to-Measure (MTM) garments and sizes above 46 are processed strictly on a prepaid basis
- Such orders are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable
International Orders
- We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders
- Customers placing orders outside India are requested to review all product specifications carefully before purchase
Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
For international shipments:
- Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local levies applicable in the destination country are borne solely by the customer
- These charges are payable directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery
- Such charges are non-refundable under any circumstances

2. Sizing & Fit
Garment fit depends on design, fabric, and silhouette. Some styles are intended to have a relaxed fit, while others are tailored.
